Sometimes there will be one or two "old school" wrist roller exercises that help with the grip to a degree. However, very few really train grip the right way or at all.
Having a strong grip in baseball can propel a player's game in so many ways.
From hitting for more power, to throwing harder and with more ease, having a strong, powerful grip will make a huge difference in the player.
We train ALL of our players (even at a young age) with baseball specific grip work.
