Choosing to spend my summer training with Keith Scott at Impact Training has been the best investment of my life. I am a Division I baseball player who worked extremely hard to get to where I am. Training at Impact took me to a level I never thought I would reach. Keith is an excellent motivator and strives to push his athletes to their limits, safely. Training at Impact is an experience every serious athlete should have. I looked forward going to Impact and training and never wanted to leave when the workout was over. Last fall I was squatting 335Ibs, and in three short months, I was squatting 475Ibs. I shattered all my previous personal bests in every category thanks to Keith and Impact Training. Not only did I get remarkably stronger, but much faster as well. I dropped my 60 yard dash time from 6.86 to 6.72. I also saw an extreme change in my game. The ball began to jump off my bat more than ever. At Impact, the athlete is trained specific to his sport and will definitely make them excel to a point they never thought they’d reach. Keith will dedicate himself to you so that you can become the best you can be. He was just as enthused to train me as I was to train with him. Working out anywhere else does not compare to what I experienced at Impact Training and Fitness. I will definitely be back at Impact in the winter to train with Keith and reach a higher level of success. I recommend all serious athletes to train at Impact… it’s something you’ll never forget.

I've been training at Impact for over a year now and it has put me in the best shape of my life. When I first started there, I was coming off an arm injury. I didn't know if I would get back physically to where I was before. Keith Scott and Impact not only help me reach my goal but help me pass it by getting me bigger, faster, and stronger than I ever was. I now have a Athletic scholarship to play baseball at a Division I college and I can't thank Keith and Impact enough. At impact there in no such thing as a workout for everyone to do. Training at IMPACT has been the best decision that I made from an athlete’s standpoint. I started off as someone who did not enjoy working out. Keith Scott, the owner and head performance coach, has a way to motivate you like no other. I am a baseball player who was not the fastest or strongest. IMPACT took me to a level that I did not think that I would be able to reach. I would definitely not have been able to become this strong and fast if I was working on my own or with other trainers. I loved going to work out every day that I was scheduled. Training with Keith at IMPACT improved all aspects of my game. I dropped my 60 yard dash time down 1.2 seconds and I now run a 6.7 sec dash. He changed me from a singles hitter to a power hitter without the sacrifice of consistency. I saw significant improvements not only in speed but in strength as well. I started off not being able to do a pull up and now I am able to do sets of them with ease. I raised my dumbbell press at least 40 pounds and my squat went up drastically. I must have raised that by 150 pounds! The results were unbelievable. Keith knows workouts for an athlete’s sport to enhance their abilities. He will push you so you can become the best that you can be. He loves his job and it shows every day that I worked out with him. I would not want to work out with anyone else.

Starting at Impact the summer after my senior year was the best decision I’ve made. When I started training, I wanted to gain muscle and speed before starting my freshman year of college baseball. I started training at Impact because of the other great athletes that worked out there and seeing the great improvements they had. During my time at Impact I lifted weight I never thought possible. I became faster improving my 60 yard dash time while gaining over 15 pounds of muscles. Entering my freshman year I was able to notice great improvements, I hit the ball harder and further than I had before. I also felt better about my appearance and was no longer seen as the “small kid”. Training at Impact is always something I look forward to. With all the other great athletes around you, you feel obligated to push harder and lift more weight. Everyone is friendly and always helping each other out. Impact is completely different compared to other local training facilities where I have trained. Keith gives more one on one time and actually cares about you. I have been training with Keith since I was in 8th grade. When I started, I was really weak, out of shape and had ZERO lifting or workout experience. Since I have been working with Keith and at IMPACT, I have loved every minute of my training. I trust Keith 100% whether it's involving testing my limits when lifting/training or its diagnosing a pain I have in back, foot, etc. Whatever the case is, His professional background and his knowledge of baseball training is second to none. I am now a senior in high school, in the best shape of my life, with an athletic scholarship to play baseball at a Division 1 college. Training at Impact Training was the best decision I have ever made. Workouts are intense and get results! I never have had the energy I’ve had since working out at his gym. I gained 6 solid pounds in 3 short months and got my squat to over 320lbs which is over 100lb increase, and benched 100lb dumbbells after only starting at 75s. In a few weeks my flexibility, core, and body was in the best shape it has have ever been! I wake up every day while on his program with a pep in my step. I’ll definitely be going back because it’s hard to work out anywhere else now.
